The Experience

To stay at The Savoy is to follow in the footsteps of Sir Winston Churchill, Frank Sinatra, Maria Callas, Claude Monet and Katharine Hepburn. An iconic hotel brilliantly reinvented for the 21st century where an unashamedly old fashioned glamour sparkles with a new lustre.  Perfectly positioned on the banks of the Thames, all the excitement of London is waiting just beyond our world famous entrance.

Ihe Savoy was named Five-Star Hotel by Forbes Travel Guide in the first annual rating of London hotels. Forbes Travel Guide unveiled its inaugural London Star Awards, which recognise the city’s highest rated hospitality establishments, and it named The Savoy as one of just six London Hotel winners.

The Savoy is proud to announce the recent opening of Kaspar’s Seafood Bar and Grill, an informal yet luxury all-day dining experience in an elegant Twenties-style setting, and an exciting partnership with the Savoy Pier, a private pier where several luxury river yachts are available for private events and spectacular tours on the Thames.

The Savoy’s 195 guest rooms and 73 suites are decorated in either Edwardian or Art Deco style, and many afford breath-taking views over the River Thames. Blending comfort and elegance with discreet technology, nine Personality Suites take inspiration from highprofile guests, while our two-bedroom Royal Suite is an impressive stately procession of rooms spread across the front of the entire fifth floor, overlooking the river.

THE SAVOY SUITE WELCOME – The luxury of a stay at The Savoy now begins before you check in. Guests booking  a One Bedroom Suite or above will enjoy The Savoy Suite Welcome. In addition to our legendary Butler service guests will receive a complimentary chauffeured car service with return airport/station transfers and local drop-off’s, beverages from the in-room private bar, wifi and the pressing of one garment per person per stay.

Eat, Drink & Be Merry

At The Savoy, you’ll find some of the London’s best-known restaurants and bars. Kaspar’s Seafood Bar and Grill, launched in May 2013, joins Gordon Ramsay’s Savoy Grill and the British institution Simpson’s-In-The-Strand. Take Afternoon Tea in the Thames Foyer, then move to the American Bar (widely regarded as one of the world’s best hotel bars) for a 1920s cocktail, or enjoy champagne and enjoy cabaret in the theatrical Beaufort Bar.

Meetings & Weddings

The savoy is one of London’s favourite and most famous meeting places. The location is wonderfully convenient, lying at the very centre of the capital between the City and Westminster, close to Covent Garden and the West End. The Savoy is one of the most eminent venues for London society. The hotel’s enduring showmanship has attracted people down the generations from royalty, the arts, business, politics and the law. The Savoy has the rare distinction of overlooking the River Thames. The separate River Entrance, on a quiet road away from the main hotel entrance on the Strand, sets the tone for exclusive events and meetings
