Puerto Vallarta is a picturesque, colonial city located by the Pacific Ocean and surrounded by the mountains of the Sierra Madre facing the Banderas Bay coastline, the second largest in North America. The chef, Eduardo de Berardinis has expressed his avant-garde marine style with his hors d’oeuvre Crostini Di Mare, fettuccini in lobster and tomato sauce; grilled shrimp with fine herbs, and an exclusive variety of wines from Italy, Mexico, Chile, Argentina, France and California.
